Community Comments Sought on Plans for a New SEEDA Business Centre in Princes Risborough

4 June 2008

Proposals for the Chiltern Business Centre will be on display at the Princes Risborough Information Centre until 21st June.

The design of a new Managed Business Centre, which is proposed by SEEDA, the South East England Development Agency, in Princes Risborough will be on display until 21 June 2008 at the town’s Information Centre.

The site of the proposed Chiltern Business Centre would be on SEEDA owned land at the Princes Estate close to the railway station. It will be a facility for new and small businesses in the area and will provide a mix of 34 small offices and workshops in a high quality environment on flexible letting terms. The proposed design meets the highest green building standards and is carbon neutral. The Centre will provide a boost to jobs and businesses in the region.

The display forms part of a consultation process, allowing the local community to comment on the proposed regeneration of the site.
